Before submitting a repair request, please read through the information below.
Clogged Toilets
A common household plunger will successfully remove most blockages. If your toilet isn't draining properly, simply press your plunger into position and use pressure to create a seal against the drain.
Next, pump the handle vigorously to move the blockage through the pipe. When the water drains from the basin, you'll know you've successfully dislodged the clog.
Sinks/Showers
Sinks and showers also clog from time to time, typically due to hair and other debris collecting at the drain entrance. You can use a drain cleaning tool to remove much of this surface-level debris. Many hardware stores also sell drain cleaners you can use to pull clogs out.
