Our Story
Elevate Property Management was born from the desire to do things differently and do them right! With our own properties we worked with a property management company who didn’t return our calls timely, and we felt if they weren’t responsive to their owners, they likely were not responding to our tenants either. That started our process of locating a new management company, we interviewed several in the metro and it seemed that all of them were more interested in their profit margin than their owners.
…We were confronted with Upcharges on vendor invoices, charges for photos, and every advertising fee known to man…
It was at that time we decided to start Elevate Property Management and treat our owners and tenants the way we would want to be treated. We came up with the maxim for our culture, “Elevating People, Elevating Properties”, and have been living by that since.
We never upcharge on any invoice.
We have an in-house maintenance department to handle any property issues quickly and more economically, saving our owners money.
